Naksha provides research candidates and risk context—not personalized investment advice.
You remain responsible for every order, broker check, position, and financial outcome.
Features, data sources, access, and availability may change as the platform is validated.
Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Naksha Finance (“Naksha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing asknaksha.com or using the Naksha Finance application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Naksha provides
Naksha is a research and decision-support platform. Private-beta features may include:
- Premium-selling opportunity scanners with liquidity, earnings, expected-move, delta, volatility, and historical-survivability context.
- YASR Meridian Time & Levels, Active Levels, Confluence, breakout, and volatility-compression research.
- Options interest, gamma-exposure estimates, Flow Support/Resistance, and SPX 0DTE premium-balance analysis.
- Read-only Charles Schwab portfolio synchronization, portfolio stress and capital-efficiency monitoring, trade campaigns, and fill review.
- A retrieval-grounded adjustment Consultant and other AI-assisted explanations subject to deterministic rules and evidence gates.
- Historical research, backtesting, reporting, source-quality diagnostics, and data-retention workflows.
We may add, remove, rename, restrict, or change features and providers during the private beta. Documentation, examples, screenshots, and marketing graphics may be illustrative and may not represent a live market reading.
Not investment advice
Naksha is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, tax adviser, or law firm. The Service does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice and does not create a fiduciary relationship.
Naksha may identify a preferred research candidate, level, premium imbalance, adjustment package, or risk condition. Those outputs are analytical observations, not an instruction or guarantee to buy, sell, hold, roll, or otherwise transact.
- Trading stocks, options, futures, and leveraged products can result in rapid and substantial loss, including loss beyond initial capital where permitted by the instrument or account.
- Historical frequencies, backtests, models, and example outcomes do not predict future results and are not probability of profit unless expressly and correctly identified as such.
- Premium richness, options interest, estimated GEX, levels, and AI-generated explanations can be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or wrong.
- You must independently verify price, liquidity, expiration, contract multiplier, corporate actions, margin, buying power, assignment, exercise, tax, and broker requirements.
- You alone decide whether and how to trade and remain responsible for all orders and outcomes.
Evidence has limits
Market and reference data
Data comes from third-party providers and retained Naksha datasets. Quotes, chains, Greeks, open interest, transactions, histories, and derived measures may be delayed, stale, incomplete, adjusted, estimated, unavailable, or subject to provider licensing restrictions. Naksha may withhold a conclusion when evidence does not pass quality gates, but that process cannot eliminate every error.
Historical studies and backtests
Historical results depend on the selected universe, period, session definitions, data cleaning, survivorship, corporate-action handling, fill assumptions, costs, and methodology. A displayed sample count describes only the qualifying observations used for that statistic. It does not establish certainty or future performance.
AI-assisted output
AI and retrieval-augmented features can misunderstand instructions, omit facts, or generate inaccurate language. Deterministic validation and source retrieval reduce some risks but do not make AI output infallible. You must review the evidence, failed gates, assumptions, and current broker data before acting.
Read-only Schwab integration
The current Naksha Schwab integration uses user-authorized OAuth access to retrieve linked-account identifiers, balances, positions, orders or transactions, and market data for portfolio monitoring and fill review. Naksha does not expose Schwab order placement and does not receive your Schwab password.
Broker records, margin, buying power, positions, and order status shown by the broker control. Naksha’s normalized view may lag or differ. Always verify the broker before placing or managing a trade.
You are responsible for reviewing and importing fills correctly, associating them with the proper campaign, maintaining broker access, and disconnecting integrations you no longer want. Third-party broker services remain governed by their own terms.
Registration and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in and connected accounts secure.
- Do not share access, impersonate another person, or allow unauthorized use.
- Promptly notify Naksha of suspected account compromise or inaccurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
Private-beta access is personal, limited, revocable, and may be conditioned on onboarding or responsible-use requirements. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, abuse, nonpayment when applicable, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms.
No current public trial offer
Naksha is currently a private beta and is not offering the previously described public $7 trial. If paid subscriptions, trials, or other plans are introduced, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation process, and material plan limits will be displayed before purchase.
Stripe may process payments and subscription management. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout terms state differently, charges for an active billing period are non-refundable. You may remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.
Responsible access
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud, or infringement.
- Bypass access controls, rate limits, provider restrictions, or source-quality safeguards.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the Service except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law.
- Scrape, harvest, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or licensed market data without written permission.
- Share credentials, expose API keys, or attempt to access another user’s portfolio, account, or research.
- Use Naksha output to mislead others about live prices, guaranteed returns, verified performance, or personalized advice.
You retain rights in original material you submit. You grant Naksha a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Naksha’s software, design, branding, methodologies, and original content remain owned by Naksha or its licensors.
Independent services
The Service depends on third parties such as Google, Charles Schwab, Stripe, market-data vendors, AWS, MongoDB, OpenAI, DeepSeek, X, and retrieval or model infrastructure. Those services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue access independently of Naksha. Your use of a third-party account or service is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Private-beta service conditions
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naksha disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features or the Service. Scheduled jobs, alerts, data imports, broker refreshes, reports, and automated social publishing may fail or run late. You must not rely on Naksha as the sole mechanism for monitoring positions, market risk, deadlines, assignments, exercises, or broker activity.
Allocation of risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naksha and its affiliates, providers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; trading losses; margin calls; tax consequences; or losses caused by data, broker, model, AI, integration, security, or availability failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naksha’s aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Naksha for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent lawful.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naksha and its affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement, or content you submit, except to the extent prohibited by law.
Ending access
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. You should disconnect broker integrations and export any records you need before access ends. Sections that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the private beta and legal requirements evolve. The effective date and version above identify the current Terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
California law and individual arbitration
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to give the other written notice and 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.
For United States users: except for eligible small-claims matters or requests for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property or unauthorized access, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable streamlined rules. Arbitration may occur remotely or in Los Angeles County, California.
You and Naksha waive jury trial and class, collective, consolidated, and representative proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the Service unless additional written terms apply.
